Key of Darkness - The Toothblade

A fairly interesting game made by influxWishdream about a pony named Colgate VS the Underworld. The most craziest idea you would find in this game jam. The most random too.

The first stage will feature a very dark environment but very encouraging too.

Hey, there are music, sound effects and even VOCALS!

But by procrastinating, the game hasn't even made Stage 1. Though it was at least an achievement for him. BGM was removed because of the rules which cause a hole in the process. Instead of making monsters and stages, he search for the music instead.

Though you could see how much effort he has made as soon as you start the game. Looking very professional in every aspect except when you actually get to stage 1. It supposed to be monochrome in Stage 1.

Controls: Controller Style WASD to move K to Jump J to Attack

It is a heavy WIP and I will not entertain such bugs.

Seems to work in wine.

The intro can't be skipped, and the controls aren't clear. Escape closes out the game without asking. It is really odd that jump is k and keyblade is j. The big enemies seem to have no sign of damage, and Colgate doesn't seem to lose any health for touching them. Granted, it was only one level, but displaying the keys at least for a brief moment would have been helpful.

(I mean you did post the keys in the description which I noticed just now, but I like to go into a game knowing no extra information)

I'm really sorry about the confusion. I really messed up my game development schedule. The controls are actually based on a controller. Most of my games are actually. If I had the time, I would've done what you said MIA.
